At Aim Upward, we provide one-on-one coaching services, which is the backbone of our organization. We work with individuals who are in transition, executives who are looking to explore and optimize, and makers who are trying to find balance in their busy lives. Our goal is to ensure that you have the right coach on your "dream team," as this is essential to achieving your desired outcome.
Individual coaching is a powerful tool that enables you to gain deeper insight into your current situation and helps you understand where you genuinely want to go. It helps you identify the obstacles that stand in the way of achieving your goals and provides you with the tools to overcome them. Throughout the process, you will learn how to seek help from those around you more effectively, which is a skill that many people overlook in their day-to-day lives.
Our coaching program is designed around you and is typically a 4-6 month engagement that evolves over time to meet your changing needs.
30 Minute Consultation Call: We will get to know each other and determine if we are the right fit for each other.
Agreements: We will sign agreements to outline the rules and expectations, including payment.
Background: You will fill out a simple form with some information about your background and what you are trying to achieve through coaching.
Assessment: If you have taken any assessments (DiSC or 360), we will review the results with you. We can also facilitate these assessments if you are interested.
Schedule: We will agree on a regular schedule of Zoom video calls, lasting between 45 minutes to 1 hour. We suggest doing two calls per month, but this is up to your discretion.
Check-Ins: You will receive an email with follow-up questions, observations, and suggestions on learning (reading, podcasts, concepts, etc.).
Iteration: Over time, we will continue to revisit the progress made, what is working, and which direction feels best for you and your results.

Our goal is to help your team achieve cohesion and direction by learning how to build relationships through effective communication. This can help reduce friction and lead to a more productive process that yields better results.
Our neutral and external facilitation allows your team to approach growth from a different perspective, asking questions such as:

What does "vulnerable enough" mean?
How does the team handle diverse perspectives?
What is the culture of accountability?
What leadership principles are being used?
